Return and Refund Policy

The goal as a game company is to entertain people by creating engaging experiences. If you are not entertained / finding value in a particular product you may ask for a refund from the service where you purchased our product. We still want you to be happy and perhaps try our next game in the future.

For a refund on Legend Of The Crystal Skulls via Epic Games Store, the following two criteria must be met:

• Purchased the game less then two weeks ago
• Played less then 2 hours

If the minimum refund criteria is met and the application is not providing you joy, please follow the Self Service Refund steps on the Epic Games Website.

• Self-Service Refunds (Epic Games Store): If eligible, you can refund the game through the self-service refund process on the Epic Games website.
